摘　　要：酒钢选烧厂选矿工序通过分析入选原矿的变化和综合铁精矿成分，对综合铁精矿中的TFe、SiO2、CaO、烧损等进行综合质量评价，提出了采用测算烧结矿铁品位的科学评价方法来指导选矿生产过程控制，实践证明，该方法既保证了烧结矿铁品位，又提高了选矿金属回收率和产能，从而充分利用矿产资源，产生了巨大的经济效益。Estimating the iron concentrate quality of the TFe, SiO2, CaO, burning loss and so on comprehensively by analyzing the various of the raw ore and the composition. This paper proposes the production process control is conducted by calculating the iron grade of the sinter. Experience has proved that this method not only ensure the iron grade, but also improve the metal recovery and the capacity. It brought huge economy benefit by fully makes use of mineral resources.
