摘　　要：由于4004重熔料中夹渣及氧化膜较多，而高硅合金生产时没有在线过滤，为了考察使用4004合金重熔料后是否会对4032合金棒材的质量造成负面影响，组织进行了“4032合金中使用434板”的研究。Remehing 4004 alloy contains many slag inclusions and oxide film, and high-silicon aluminum alloy is not filtrated on-line while producing. Therefore, the technique which uses waste 3003/4004 clad slab in producing 4032 alloy is studied for the effect of remelting 4004 alloy on the quality of 4032 alloy round billets
