新型城乡空间形态下的双流县土地利用空间特征分析

摘　　要：新型城乡空间形态的建立必须先理清区域的土地利用空间特征.以成都市双流县为例,从新型城乡空间形态的聚集性、多样性、网络性特征出发,选取空间特征因子,根据不同利用类型土地分布特点,对双流县土地利用数据中具有代表性的农用地、居民点、建制镇、交通用地,在GIS支持下,计算各类型土地景观斑块的数目、面积和周长,根据景观生态学理论与方法,分析区域土地利用的聚集性、多样性、网络性.结果表明,双流县目前的空间形态特征呈现:空间格局混乱,道路体系不完善,造成空间格局破碎化现象严重.农村建设用地规划多相对滞后,用地规模、布局、功能定位不尽合理,导致粗放、低效利用土地.农田、果园、池塘等具有自然、半自然特征的景观在大量退化与消失,具有生态价值与文化价值的传统景观变得高度破碎化,并且失去自身的特质.研究成果可为双流县新型城乡空间形态研究提供指导.New urban and rural spatial pattern is the foundation of future economic and social development. With the support of GIS technology, we analyze the influencing factors of new urban and rnral spatial pattern, collect natural, social and economic data, establish assessment index system and spatial analysis model, and assesse the new urban and rural spatial pattern in this paper. This paper also quantitatively determines the ecological sensitivity, development intensity, and development potential of the region by applying mathematical model, gives full play to the powerful spatial analysis function of GIS, comprehensively considers the development trend of the region under the new urban and rural spatial pattern, and directly and quantitatively determines the distribution of the region ＂from the bottom up＂. The identification of new urban and rural spatial pattern is carried out by establishing identification index for spatial pattern, and the results are basically consistent with the layout of Shuangliu County, and it has certain rationality. This paper provides a reference in the spatial layout for the formulation of the twelfth five-year plan in Shuangliu County.
