摘　　要：目的评估离断性肾盂成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的临床疗效。方法对我院60例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的患者应用离断性肾盂成形术治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 60例手术均成功,术后3～4周于膀胱镜下拔除双J管,经随访,肾积水均明显减轻,未出现加重者。结论离断性肾盂成形术是肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻治疗的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Methods Sixty patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction, who bad undergone dismembered pyeloplasty, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation succeeded in all the 60 patients. Double J tubes were extubated via endoscopy 3 -4 weeks after, and their hydronephrosis was significantly reduced without aggravation during the follow-up. Conclusion Dismembered pyeloplasty is an effective treatment method to ureteropelvic junction obstruction.
