摘　　要：通过分析近年来国家和地方化妆品质量监督抽查结果,对我国化妆品存在的常见质量安全问题进行了较为全面的总结,并从监管方式和技术手段研究,为企业行业自律等方面提出相应对策。Several common problems regarding to quality and safety of China＇s cosmetics were summarized comprehensively based on the analysis in depth of the results of national and local cosmetics quality supervision and examination in recent years. Moreover, from the supervision as well as the technology research point of view, some corresponding counter-measures related to self-discipline of both enterprises and cosmetic industry were proposed.
