摘　　要：安全的生活饮用水是广大人民群众身体健康和生命安全的重要保障,是关乎国计民生的重要公共资源。本文概况性介绍了我国有关生活饮用水的法律法规,指出了我国生活饮用水卫生的现状和现行生活饮用水法律法规所存在的主要问题,并提出了建议。The safety of drinking water is an important guarantee for the health and life safety of the broad masses of the people, It＇ s important to public resources related to the national economy and people＇ s livelihood. This article overview introduction to laws and regulations of our drinking water, pointed out that the current situtation of health drinking water and the main problems regulations of drinking water in china, and put forward some suggestions.
