摘　　要：开展实施医疗机构不良执业行为记分检查工作,是医疗卫生监督管理一项新的工作模式,是改进行政执法方式、完善行政执法制度的有益尝试。2011～2012年,河北省在对省级注册医疗机构执业行为进行监督过程中,深入探索监督管理手段,对医疗机构不良执业记分检查进行了积极探索,查找了目前医疗机构在执业中存在的普遍性问题,并对医疗机构不良执业行为记分检查提出了合理化建议,从维护医疗服务行业秩序,规范医疗机构执业行为方面起到了极其重要的作用。To carry out the scoring for Profssional incorrect action of medical institutions is a new kind of medical supervision and management, and is a positive attempt of improving enforcement approach and perfecting administrative law enforcement system. From 2011 to 2012, during the process of supervising medical institutions registered in Hebei Provinical Health Department, Hebei Province explored thoroughly new approach of supervision and management, by actively carrying out the scoring for incorrect action of medical institutions to find out common problems of medical institutions. The scoring for incorrect action of medical institutions, which was still continuouslyrationalized, have played an important role in maintaining the order of medical services and regulating the actions of medical institution.
