摘  要:本文依据我国物流业发展现状,结合国内外相关研究成果,构建物流业综合发展水平评价指标体系及相应的因子分析评价模型,并对我国31个省市2010年相关数据进行实证研究。结果表明,我国省域间物流业内、外部因子差异显著,省域自身物流业内、外部因子参差不齐;省域间物流业内部发展水平差距较大,外部发展水平差异悬殊,综合发展水平差距明显,发展水平较高的省域普遍存在着内、外部发展水平不平衡的现象,发展水平较低的省域则存在着"先天不足,后天失调"的双重不利局面。本文最后结合实际提出了相关的发展重点与政策建议。Based on the current development of the logistics industry, in China, and combined with the domestic and fi)reign relevant research results, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of the logistics industry and a taetor analysis mndel, also carries out an empirical research with the 31 prnvinces' data in 2010. The results show that the internal and external factors between and within provinces are significantly different and uneven. The higher development provinces face the problem of unbalance between the internal and external development, and the lower development provinces have to deal with inadequate endowment and subsequent adjustment. In the end the paper points out the focus of development and provides some suggestions.
