摘　　要：通过五例妊娠合并产科休克患者的具体病例进行回顾性分析,按照国际疾病分类(ICD-10)原则,对主要诊断做出选择编码并详细分析选择依据。探讨有关产科休克疾病的主要诊断选择方法及其国际疾病分类(ICD-10)编码规则和要求。By making a retrospectively analysis on the medical reocrds of five typical eases of gestation involving obstetric shock, and choosing the primary diagnose, coding and analyzing related basis detail according to the principles of the International Classifica- tion of Diseases （ICD-IO）, thus to investigate relevant methods, coding rules and requirements.
