浅析医院办公自动化系统中电子文件档案管理的意义

摘　　要：办公自动化系统作为医院信息化建设的重要组成部分,其作用已成为管理部门与各处室之间公文、信息以及处理日常事务必不可少的桥梁。而电子文件作为一种信息化建设成果的产生,特别是办公自动化系统生成的文件,其管理及作用日渐受到医院领导及档案管理部门的重视。本文重点阐述办公自动化系统产生的电子文件,实现其生成、管理、归档、利用等一体化对档案管理工作所具有的意义。As one of the important part of the hospital＇s information construction, Office Automation System （OAS） has been a necessary approach of the communication of document, message and daily affairs between administrative department and each office. As an outcome of information development, electronic documents, especially generated by Office Automation System, has been at- tached more and more attention for its function by the hospital leaders and files management department. This article mainly describes electronic documents generated by Office Automation System, and to realize the integration of its generation, management, file and utiline is of great importance to the files management work.
