我国DRGs研究的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的了解我国DRGs研究的现状,为科研人员今后更好的开展该领域研究提供一定的参考。方法检索CNKI《中国期刊全文数据库》中收录的关于DRGs研究的论文,统计和分析了这些论文的年发文量、期刊、著者及其所在单位和地区,同时对关键词进行统计获得该领域的主题分布情况。结果共检索到相关论文273篇,最早的DRGs研究论文见于1989年;发表DRGs研究论文最多的期刊是《中国病案》;发表3篇及以上论文的第一作者共有11名,北京市在DRGs的研究中处于领先的地位,北京市医院管理研究所的发文量最多;研究的主题集中在医疗费用、管理方法等方面,此外病案管理以及医院信息系统等也是DRGs研究与实施的重要主题。结论目前国内DRGs研究的主旨集中在医疗费用方面,但我国对于DRGs的研究和应用尚处于起步阶段,需要包括病案管理等更多相关领域的专家、学者和工作人员关注DRGs研究领域,对其进行深入研究。Objective To discover the current status and development on DRGs study in China and provide certain reference to carry on research in this field. Methods We searched articles related to DRGs research from the Chinese Journal Full-text Database of CNKI. And statistical procedure was performed from following aspects： annual publication number, journals, authors and their insti- tutes and regions. We also investigated the distribution of themes by counting the numbers of key words. Results 273 related articles were found, among which the earliest one was published in 1989, the number of related articles published in Chinese Medical Record ranked the top of all journals, there were 11 first-authors who had published more than 3 DRGs-related articles, Beijing lied in the leading position of the field, and authors from Beijing Hospital Administration Institute had published the maximum related articles, the main issues focused on medical fees and management methods, moreover, medical record management and hospital information system were also important themes on DRGs research and implementation. Conduslon At present, the main content of DRGs re- search was medical fee in China, but Chinese DRGs research and implementation was still at the early stage. It is needed that more experts, scholars, and staffs of related fields to pay more attention to this field and conduct further study on it.
