摘　　要：目的:临床药师通过参与老年女性患者乳腺癌化疗后发热伴淋巴结核的药学实践,优化选择有利于患者药物治疗的方案。方法:临床药师根据患者的病情变化,提供咨询意见,与临床医师协商,制定针对性的治疗方案并随时调整。结果:通过及时调整治疗方案,有效控制了患者的体温,改善了临床症状。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗实践,有利于监测患者的用药过程,提高药物治疗水平。Objective： To optimize drug treatment regimes for the elderly female breast cancer patients with a fever and scrofula after chemotherapy through the pharmaceutical practice by clinical pharmacists. Methods： According to the progress of patient＇s disease, clinical pharmacists provided advices and made a consultation with clinicians to develop specified treatment programs. Results： Through timely adjustment of treatment programs, the patient＇s body temperature was under control and the clinical symptoms were improved. Conclusion： The participation by clinical pharmacists in clinical practice is helpful for monitoring the treatment process of patients and improving the medication level.
