5813例流动人口妇女与本地妇女妇科普查结果情况的分析

摘　　要：目的了解本地育龄妇女与流动人口育龄妇女生殖健康状况及探求防治措施。方法以2011年大朗镇计划生育服务所已婚育龄妇女生殖健康普查为样本,将本地妇女3636例为A组,流动人口2177例作为B组,对比两组的检查。结果 A组中慢性宫颈炎1533例、盆腔炎54例、附件炎36例、阴道假丝酵母菌病98例、滴虫性阴道炎12例、其他阴道炎226例、附件包块46例、子宫肌瘤60例、官颈癌前病变及宫颈癌10例,乳腺疾病289例。B组中慢性宫颈炎1005例、盆腔炎56例、附件炎63例、阴道假丝酵母菌病98例、滴虫性阴道炎15例、其他阴道炎139例、附件包块36例、子宫肌瘤56例、官颈癌前病变及宫颈癌8例,乳腺疾病265例。结论流动人口妇女健康状况较本地妇女差。妇女的健康状况与文化程度、经济状况、自我保健意识有关,各保健机构、计生服务所进行妇科普查时应针对性进行。Objective To understand women＇s reproductive health conditions in the local women of childbearing age and the floating population and to explore preventive measures. Methods 2011 Da Lang town family planning services by married women in reproductive health survey sample of 3636 cases of local women＇s group A, .the floating population of 2177 cases of group B. Results ＂Group A, chronic 1533 cases of cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease,54 cases of 36 cases, annex inflammation,98 cases of vaginal candidiasis,12 cases of trichomonas vaginitis,and other vaginitis 226 cases,46 cases of adnexal masses,60 cases of uterine fibroids.10 cases of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer,289 cases of breast disease.1005 cases of group B,chronic cervicitis, 56 cases pelvic inflammatory disease,63 cases annexitis,98 cases of vaginal candidiasis, trichomonas vaginitis,15 cases of other vaginitis 139 cases,36 cases of adnexal mass, uterine muscle tumor in 56 cases, 8 cases of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer,265 cases of breast disease. Conclusion The floating population health status of women is worse than that of local women. Women＇s health status and educational level, economic situation, the sense of self-care related to health institutions, family planning gynecological survey should be targeted.
