不同含铜宫内节育器的治疗价值及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨TCu380A型、MLCu375型、元宫-365型3种含铜宫内节育器的治疗价值及影响因素。方法对298例放置宫内节育器妇女进行资料分析。结果 MLCu375型IUD停用率最高;2年随访观察,共有67例患者停用,元宫-365型IUD停用率最低。不同孕次、产次及节育环种类是影响患者停用的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 3种含铜宫内节育器均为临床有效避孕工具,元宫-365型IUD不良反应发生最低、临床使用最佳,不同孕次、产次及节育环种类是影响患者停用的主要因素。Objective To investigate the therapeutic value and impact factors about three kinds of IUD with the TCu380A type, MLCu375 type and the Yuan Gong-365 type. Methods 298 women with IUD were analysed. Results Discontinuation rate for MLCu375 type IUD was highest;2-year follow-up study, a total of 67 patients stopped using, discontinuation rate was lowest for uan Gong-365 type. The different gravidity, parity, and the types of IUD were the main factors for affecting the patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The three IUD are clinically effective for contraceptives, the Yuan Gong-365 IUD type has lowest adverse reactions, and best for clinical use. the different gravidity, parity, and the types of IUD are the main factor for affecting patients.
