摘　　要：目的了解成人低视力患者的生活质量与自我效能感水平,探讨两者之间的关系,为提高和改善其生活质量提供理论依据。方法随机抽取南昌市东湖区低视力患者70例,应用一般自我效能感量表评估患者的自我效能感,应用低视力者生活质量量表(low vision quality of life questionnaire,LVQOL)的中文版本评估患者的生活质量。结果成人低视力患者生活质量得分为(35.66±5.54)分,自我效能感得分为(16.07±2.47)分。成人低视力患者自我效能感得分与生活质量得分呈正相关(r=0.755,P<0.01)。结论在护理工作中,应重视提高成人低视力患者的自我效能感,有效地提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the level of self-efficacy and quality of life in adult patients with low vision,and to analyze the correlation~ between them. Methods Seventy adult patients with low vision were recruited in this study by random sampling method. They were investigated with the general self-efficacy scale （GSS） and Chinese-version low vision quality of life questionnaire（CLVQOL）. Results The average score of quality of life was 35.66~5.54,and the average score of self- efficacy was 16.07~2.47 in the adult patients with vision. There was significant positive correlation between them（r=0.755,P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is suggested to take measures to improve the self-efficacy of adult patients with low vision,and thereby to improve their quality of life.
