摘　　要：总结一家系5例多发性内分泌腺瘤2A型(MEN2A)患者的围手术期护理。通过家系调查确诊患者,术前给予心理支持和健康教育,注意肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者的降压、扩容护理。术后积极预防并发症,给予个性化的激素替代护理,建立家族健康管理档案,制订详细的随访计划,完善健康教育。本组5例手术顺利,围手术期未发生并发症,均痊愈出院。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 5 patients in a pedigree with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2A. Preoperative care focused on family survey to detect cases, psychological care, health education,administration of antihypertensive and dilatation drugs for patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma. After the surgery, the key points in nursing were prevention of complications, individualized hormone replacement therapy, family health file management, formulation of detailed follow-up plan and health education. The 5 patients were discharged without perioperative complications.
