摘　　要：总结了16例施行波士顿I型人工角膜植入术患者的护理,认为做好心理护理,术后加强并发症的观察和护理,做好术眼保护、用药、助视和复诊指导,重视延续性护理,是提高手术的成功率及预防并发症的关键。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 16 patients receiving Boston type-I keratoprosthesis implantation. The key points to increase the success rate of surgery and prevent complications were preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative observation and prevention of complications, protection of the involved eyes, discharge guidance and continuous follow-up services.
