应用护理质量指标提高静脉化疗护理质量的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨在静脉化疗护理中实施护理质量指标管理的效果。方法根据《输液治疗护理实践指南》制订了8项静脉化疗护理质量指标,包括中心静脉导管输注率、药物正确配置率、药物正确输注率、药物外渗率、便携式化疗泵运行误差率、患者对化疗宣教知晓率、患者满意度、护士化疗相关知识技能合格率,并建立了阈值。定期统计护理质量指标,并将结果与阈值进行比较,持续质量改进。结果 8项化疗护理质量指标均达到阈值范围。结论将护理质量指标应用于静脉化疗护理管理,能提高静脉化疗护理质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of nursing quality indicators for intravenous chemotherapy. Method Eight quality indicators for intravenous chemotherapy were developed based on the Practice Guideline of Intravenous Therapy, including central venous catheter infusion rate, correct rate of drug allocation,drug extravasation rate, correct rate of drug infusion＇,portable chemotherapy pump running error rate, patients＇ mastery of chemotherapy-related knowledge, patient satisfaction and nurses＇ pass rate of chemotherapy-related knowledge and skills. The threshold range of each quality indicator was set up. The data on the eight quality indicators were collected and compared to the threshold range regularly. Results All 8 nursing quality indicators in intravenous chemotherapy reached the threshold range. Conclusion The application of nursing quality indicators can improve the quality of care in intravenous chemotherapy.
