摘 要:目的:探讨肉桂与黄连不同配伍比例对交泰丸中肉桂酸溶出率的影响。方法:各配伍组中药采取水煎法,色谱柱:XTerra RP18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-(15∶15∶65∶5),冰醋酸调pH值为5.0;流速:0.8mL·min-1;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:室温;进样量:10μL。结果:肉桂∶黄连=1∶2、肉桂∶黄连=1∶4与肉桂单煎剂肉桂酸溶出率差异明显,且随黄连比例提高,肉桂酸溶出率随之减少。结论:黄连对肉桂有效成分肉桂酸的溶出有抑制作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence on dissolvability of cinnamic acid of Cortex Cinnamomi and Rhizoma Coptidis decoction with different compatibility. METHODS All the drugs were decocted and condensed. XTerra RP18 (4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) was employed with mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-wateFtetrahydrofuran (15 : 15:65:5) with pH = 5.0 adjusted with glacial acetic acid, the flow rate was 0. 8 mL.min^-1 and UV detection wave length was 270 nm in room tempera ture, RESULTS Significant difference was detected on dissoluability of cinnamic acid between Cortex Cinnamomi : Rhizoma Coptidis = 1 : 2, Cortex Cinnamomi: Rhizoma Coptidis = 1 : 4 decoction and Cortex Cinnamomi. And cinnamic acid dissolvability decreased when the Rhizoma Coptidis content increased in formula. CONCLUSION Rhizoma coptidis with high dosage administration in jiaotai bolus could lead to decreased dissolvability of cinnamic acid.
