摘　　要：文章对14个"985高校"图书馆网站版权政策的主要内容、作品保护范围进行调查分析,并围绕版权归属、法律依据、权利确认、合理使用、侵权形式、救济措施、免责条款七个方面比较分析了我国"985高校"图书馆网站版权政策的利弊。This paper investigates and analyzes the main contents and the scope of protected works of the website copyright policy.Then it compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the website policies of 985 University libraries from seven aspects,including the copyright ownership,legal basis,right confirmation,fair use,infringement,remedy measures and disclaimer.
