摘　　要：澳大利亚大学图书馆是成功实践全面质量管理的典范。文章通过运用文献调查和网络调查方法,分析澳大利亚的莫纳什大学图书馆、维多利亚科技大学图书馆、墨尔本大学图书馆、昆士兰大学图书馆和伍伦贡大学图书馆实施全面质量管理的进展情况,指出澳大利亚大学图书馆的全面质量管理实践对我国大学图书馆实施全面质量管理的几点启示。Practice of total quality management of Australian university libraries is the most successful exemplars.Through using literature investigation and methods of network survey,this paper discusses the implementation of total quality management of the library of Monash University,Victoria University of Technology,University of Melbourne,University of Queensland and University of Wollongong,and finally points out some enlightenment.
