癌与非癌性胃、结肠、直肠组织中胃动素含量的测定

摘　　要：本文应用RIA法及CEA-EIA法对26例胃、结肠、直肠癌组织与非癌组织胃动素,CEA含量测定。胃、结肠、直肠癌组织胃动素明显高于非癌组织(P<0.001和P<0.01),CEA值,癌组织中CEA明显高于非癌组织(P<0.01)。胃动素作为胃肠道肿瘤的诊断是有价值的。The motilin and carcinoembryonic antigen in the specimens of 26 cases with gastric or colorectal carcinoma were detected by RIA and EIA, compared with that obtained from non-malignant specimens. The motilin and carcinoembryonic antigen were markedly elevated in the specimens of gastric and cotorectal carcinoma (P<0.001 and P<0.01). The detection of motilin is thus valuable in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal carcinoma.
