摘  要:设计了一种基于线阵CCD的半透明塑性条状物缺陷检测系统。通过检测透射光线强度的变化来对被测试件的缺陷、几何尺寸等进行检测判断。采用线阵CCD在试件底面横向移动,同时对试件底部纵向线扫描的方法获取试件整体数据。并在模数转换前对原始信号进行放大、滤波、去噪等处理提高信号质量。为保证信号的实时采集与传输,采用FPGA作为主控芯片协调系统各模块,在数据采集模块与USB传输模块之间建立FIFO缓冲区,实现了2个不同时钟域间的数据传输。经实验表明,系统稳定可靠,较好的实现了其功能,满足设计要求。A CCD gauge for translucent plastic strip is designed. The defects and geometric dimensions and the like of the specimen were detected by determining changes in transmitted light intensity. The data of the whole specimen is acquired by using liner array CCD lateral movement of the bottom surface of the specimen and longitudinal scan at the same time. Before the AD Sample amplification, filter, denoise the original signal to improve the quality of the signal. Ensure real-time signal acquisition and transmission, using FPGA as the master chip to control each chip of the system work well. Create FIFO buffers between data acquisition module and USB transmission module, achieve the data transmission between two different clock domains. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable to meet the design requirements.
