摘　　要：面痛是神经内科的常见病,也是疑难病,严重影响患者的工作、学习和生活质量。黎凯教授总结自己近三十年的临床经验,概括面痛的总病机为面部经气不利,以通络止痛为治疗大法,拟方痛宁汤,临床辨证加减运用,疗效显著。The facial pain is a common disease of Department of Neurology, seriously affecting the work, study and quality of life of patients. Professor Li Kai, according to nearly three decades of chnieal experience of TCM, summed up the facial pain pathogenesis is unfavorable for the meridian. The important methed of treatment is activating meridians to stop pain, and create Tongningtang. Flexible application of the decoction, we often get a significant efficacy.
