范绍荣主任中医师醒脾汤治疗脾胃病80例

摘　　要：[目的]观察范绍荣主任中医师醒脾汤治疗脾胃病疗效。[方法]对80例脾胃病患者使用范绍荣主任中医师醒脾汤(党参、炒白术、炒白芍、姜半夏、薏苡仁、陈皮、桂枝、焦山楂、破骨纸、砂仁、茯苓、佛手、生甘草),1剂/d,水煎2次分服。治疗2周～1个月随访半年判定疗效。[结果]显效56例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率95.00%。[结论]运用范绍荣主任中医师醒脾汤加减治疗脾胃病,疗效颇佳。[ Objective ] Observation FAN Shaorong director traditional Chinese physician amuse oneself de- coction in the treatment of spleen and Stomach disease curative effect . [ Method] The spleen and stomach in 80 cases of patients FAN Shaorong use of traditional chinese physician amuse oneself soup （ condonopsis pilosula/ coasted Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae/parched white peony/ Rhrzoma pinelliae/semen coicis/dired tan- gerine/cassia twig/hawthorn/fructus psoraleae/fructus amomi/poria cocos/finger citron/vicorice roots north- west origin） Every day a agent as early as the midelle points suit. Threatment and a half months to one month six months follow - up judge curative effect. [ Result ] Excellent 56 cases, effective 20 cases , invalid 4 cases, to- tal effective rate 95.00%. [ Conclusion] Using amuse oneself decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach chinese curative effect is very good .
