大承气汤神阙穴贴敷治疗老年便秘临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察大承气汤神阙穴贴敷治疗老年便秘疗效。[方法]对60例住院老年便秘患者应用大承气汤(大黄、芒硝、枳实、厚朴、冰片)按1∶1∶2∶1∶1的比例配置后打成粉末,香油调匀,制成2×2cm大小药饼,生理盐水清洁皮肤后,敷贴于神阙穴4～6h,1次/d,10d为1疗程。观测大便间隔时间。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈42例,好转15例,无效3例,总有效率为95.00%(57/60)。[结论]大承气汤神阙穴贴敷可有效治疗老年便秘,操作简单,患者无痛苦,值得推广。[ Objective ] Observation of large Chengqi Decoction point Shenque application in treating senile constipation. [ Method] In hospitalized patients with selected constipation in 60 cases, with large Chengqi De- coction powder, point Shenque application for 4 - 6hours, 1/day, 10days 1 treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms. Continuous 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results]42 cases were cured, 15 cases im- proved, 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95% （ 57/60 ）. [ Conclusion] Dachengqi Decoction point Shenque application may be effective in the treatment of senile constipation.
