复脉汤加味治疗社区中老年人群病毒性心肌炎后遗症室性期前收缩对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察复脉汤治疗社区中老年人群病毒性心肌炎后遗症室性期前收缩疗效。[方法]将118例患者分为治疗组(64例)和对照组(54例)。治疗组使用复脉汤加味(药用炙甘草、人参、桂枝、麦门冬等),l剂/d,2次/d,水煎服;对照组使用心律平150mg和辅酶Q1020mg,tid.po。两组均以2周为l疗程,治疗1疗程对临床症状疗效、24h心电图和不良反应进行判定。[结果]治疗组临床症状总有效率93.75%、24h心电图总有效率92.19%,对照组临床症状总有效率81.48%、24h心电图总有效率81.48%。治疗组症状、24h心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]复脉汤不但能够有效治疗病毒性心肌炎后遗症室性早搏,而且可以提高其综合疗效,无不良反应和毒副作用。[ Objective] To investigate clinical efficacy of Sequelae for viral myocarditis with premature ventricular contractions beats of middle aged and elderly adults in the communities. [ Methods ] compare the treatment group of 64 cases with the control group of 54 cases observed. The patients in the treatment group take fumai decoction for twice one day. The patients in control group take Propafenone 150rag and Co- enzymeQ1020mg, tid. po. 30 days for a course of treatment, treating for 2 course. Observation the two groups after treatment and clinical efficacy of the changes for Premature ventrieular contractions beats. [ Results ] The total effect of comprehensive clinical efficient in the treatment group and in control group are 93.75 % , 81. 48 % , the two groups have significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. the Hoher curative effect in the treatment group and in control group are 92. 19%, 81. 48%, the two groups have significantly different （P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The methods by wen - tong not only have the effect for Sequelae of viral myocarditis with prema- ture ventricular contractions beats, but also enhance the clinical efficacy, with no adverse reactions And nega- tive effects.
