愈肝散治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝纤维化对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟愈肝散治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝纤维化疗效。[方法]将89例患者分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(43例)。对照组口服护肝宁,5片/次,3次/d;治疗组给予自拟愈肝散(炙鳖甲、参三七、甲珠、党参、紫河车)共研细末,每服3g,2次/d,早晚饭后半小时温开水冲服。两组均治疗6个月。观测两组治疗前后肝纤维化4项:透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、IV型前胶原(IV-C),层粘蛋白的(LN);用彩色多普勒超声显像仪检测肝门静脉内径,脾静脉内径及脾脏厚度。[结果]两组肝纤维化指标、肝脾彩超指标均有改善,治疗组优于对照组。[结论]自拟愈肝散治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝纤维化疗效较好,安全可靠。[ Objective] To observe effect of treating NAFLD with self- made yugan san. [ Method] 89 pa- tients were divided into treatment group （46 cases） and control group （43 cases）. The control group was trea- ted with Hugan Ning, 5/time, 3/day; the treatment group was given by the liver and dispersing （medicinal moxibustion on three seven, ginseng, a bead, dangshen, Placenta Hominis） altogether grind, every take 3g, 2/d, sooner or later, half an hour after a meal warm boiling water. Two groups were treated for 6 months. Ob- servation of the two groups before and after treatment of hepatic fibrosis in 4 items ： hyaluronic acid （HA） , type Ⅲ （ PC Ⅲ ）, type IV procollagen （ IV - C ）, laminin （LN） ; the use of color Doppler flow imaging for detection of the inner diameter of portal vein, splenic vein diameter and the thickness of spleen. [ Results ] Two groups of indexes of hepatic fibrosis, liver and spleen ultrasound parameters were all improved, the treatment group was better than the control group. [ Conclusion] Treating NAFLD with self- made yugan san Good cura- tive effect, safe and reliable.
