丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕疗效。[方法]将80例椎基底动脉供血不足患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组使用丹参多酚酸盐注射液150mg加入生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,1次/d。对照组尼莫地平注射液20mg加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,1次/d。疗程均为14d,治疗14d后判定疗效。观测两组治疗前后眩晕临床症状的变化和经颅多普勒检查(TCD)变化情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率67.50%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组椎-基底动脉血流改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效显著,安全有效,值得推广。[ Objective ] To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Salvianola injection on treating vertebro - basilarartery insufficiency vertigo. [ Methods ] Clinical symptoms of significant vertebral - basilarartery insuffi- ciency vertigo in 80 cases patients were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. Treatment group was given the Salvianola injection 150mg in sodium chloride injection 250mL, iv gtt qd. Control group was given Nimodipine Injection 20mg in sodium chloride injection 250 mL, iv gtt qd. A course of treatment was 14 days. The observation of clinical vertigo symptoms before and after treatment, TCD and adverse reactions. [ Results ] Salvianola injection treatment in the vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency ver- tigo total effective rate was 87.5% ,control group total effective rate was 67.5% ,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Treatment group vertebral basilar artery blood flow mean velocity after treatment difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusions] Salvianolate injection in the treatment of vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency vertigo effect, safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
