摘　　要：淋证发病不只局限于肾与膀胱,可由他脏病变转化而致。临证之际,当审证求因,辨证施治,灵活遣方,有针对性的治疗本病,从而获得满意的临床治疗效果。The cause of the stranguria is not confined to the kidney and bladder, it can also ascrible to the pathological changes of other viscera . In the clinical , we should apply the principle of treatment based on syn- drome differentiation, make a prescription flexible, treat this disease targeted, so as to achieve a satisfactory clinical treat ment effect.
