针刺、电针联合穴位注射维丁胶性钙、B_(12)治疗不宁腿综合征3例报告

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺、电针联合穴位注射维丁胶性钙、维生素B12治疗不宁腿综合征疗效。[方法]对3例患者行针灸治疗,取双下肢局部穴位为主,每次从下列四组对穴中选取两组:即血海、梁丘;阴陵泉、阳陵泉;悬钟、三阴交;昆仑、太溪。另选取足三里、外关、委中、承山、丰隆、阿是穴等,交替选穴,每侧肢体每次取8～10个穴位。得气后,选取两组对穴及足三里、承山、丰隆、阿是穴等接电针仪,用疏密波,强度以患者耐受为度,留针30min,隔日治疗1次。第1次另加穴位注射治疗,在足三里、丰隆穴各局部注射维丁胶性钙注射液2ml+维生素B12注射液1mg混合液1.5mL。观测临床症状。随访观测疗效。[结果]2例治疗5次,1例治疗6次,均临床痊愈,随访5～10个月,均未复发。[结论]针刺、电针联合穴位注射维丁胶性钙、维生素B12治疗不宁腿综合征疗效显著,值得进一步推广和总结。[ Objective ] Observation acupuncture, acusector joint acupoint injection of calciferolis calcium, Vitamin Bl2 treat Restless Leg Syndrome curative effect. [ Methods ] For 3 patients do acupuncture treatment, take both lower limbs local acupuncture point is given priority to, every time from the following four groups in pari of points to choose two groups： Xuehai point, Liangqiu point; Yinlingquan point, Yanglingquan; Xu- anzhong point, Sanyinjiao point ; Kunlun point,Taixi point. The other, choose Zusanli point, Waiguan point,Weizhong point, Chengshan point, Fenglong point, Ashi points, alternate choose hole, each side body every time take 8 - 10 points. To gas, two groups of pari points and Zusanli point, Chengshan point, Fenglong point, Ashi points and joint acusector instrument, with the density wave, strength to patients tolerance for de- grees, retaining needle 30 rain, alternate days treatment 1 time. First plus point injection treatment, in the Zusanli point, Fenglong point each local injections of calciferolis calcium injection 2 mL and Vitamin B12 injec- tion 1 mg mixture i. 5 mL. Observation the clinical symptoms. Follow - up observation curative effect. [ Results ] 2 cases treated for 5 times, 1 cases of treatment for 6 times, all clinical heal, follow - up 5 - 10 months, all did not relapse. [ Conclusio ] Acupuncture, acusector joint Acupoint injection of calciferolis calcic, Vitamin B12 treat Restless Leg Syndrome curative effect is distinct, deserves further promotion and summarized.
