归脾汤治疗心血不足型心悸探析

摘　　要：从病因病机、方药分析、药理研究等方面探析使用归脾汤以益气补血、健脾养心治疗心血不足型心悸的临床应用。Palpitation is a common disease of the cardiovascular system. Anti - arrhythmic drugs of western medicine can not treat it effectually, traditional Chinese medicine plays an indispensable role in the clinical treatment of palpitation. From etiology and pathogenesis formulae analysis, the author analyses the clinical ap- plication of Guipi Tang in Lack of heart blood palpitation by tonifying qi and enriching blood.
