针灸联合天麻素注射液治疗痰浊中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察针药并用治疗痰浊中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效。[方法]将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组使用天麻素注射液0.6静脉滴注,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用针灸(百会、风池、颈部夹脊穴、眼针上焦区、脾区),1次/d。两组均以2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率91.40%,对照组总有效率85.70%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]针灸联合天麻素注射液治疗痰浊中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效满意。[ Objective ] Clinical observation of acupuncture and medicine in treating phlegm type vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients. [ Methods ] 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each of 35 cases. Control group use of gastrodin injection 0.6 ,Intravenous infusion, 1/ d ; The treatment group in the control group based on the use of acupuncture （ Baihui, Fengchi, neck, Jiaji, the eye of a needle coke zone, the region of the spleen ） , 1/d. The two groups were 2 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, after 1 course of treatment the curative effect. [ Results ] The total effective rate of treatment group 91.40% , control group in the total efficiency of 85.70%. The total effective rate of treatment group was supe- rior to control group. [ Conclusion ] Acupuncture combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of phlegm type vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency vertigo effect is satisfactory.
