摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺治疗失眠的疗效。[方法]将50例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组26例采用针刺治疗,取百会、四神聪、内关、安眠、三阴交为主穴。对照组24例口服心神宁片,5片/次,3次/d。两组均以10d为1疗程,2～3个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率92.30%,对照组总有效率83.30%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]针刺治疗失眠疗效满意。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of acupuncture treatment of insomnia. [ Method ] Will be 50 pa- tients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 26 patients with acupuncture treatment, acupoint selection ： with the will, four god chung, neiguan, sleeping, three Yin mainly into the hole. Control group 24 patients oral Xinshenning tablet, 5 PCS/time, three times/day. Two groups are in 10 days for one period of treatment,2 -3 after a course of judge curative effect. [ Results ] Treatment group total efficient 92.30% , the comparison group total effectiveness 83.30% , the total effective rate in treatment group than in control group. Acupuncture treatment of insomnia. [ Conclusion ] The results were satisfactory.
