心胸手术后乳糜胸的治疗(附14例报告)

摘　　要：报告心胸手术后乳糜胸14例,13例发生在食管、贲门癌术后(13/1032,1.2％),1例发生在先天性心脏病动脉导管未闭结扎术后(1/510,0.2％)。14例中男11例,女3例,年龄7～65岁。7例采用非手术治疗,另外7例开胸结扎胸导管,全组均顺利恢复。对术后乳糜胸的形成因素、治疗原则进行了讨论。14 patients (11 males, 3 females, aged 7～65 years) with. chylothorax after cardiothoracie surgery were reportual, Among them 13 cases of chylothorax occured after the resection of esophageal and cardial carcinoma (13/1032,. 1.2％) and 1 after ligation of patient ductus arteriosus (1/ 510, 0.2％). 7 cases received conservative treatment and 7 cases received ligation of thoracic duct under rethoracotomy. AH the eases recorved after the treatment. The factors causing postoperative chylothorax and the principles of treatment are disscussed.
