杭州某医院护理人员总体幸福感水平及其影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查临床护士的总体幸福感水平,分析影响护士总体幸福感的主要因素。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对杭州某医院180名在职护士进行方便抽样调查,评估其总体幸福感水平;并采用多元线性回归分析方法探讨其影响因素。结果 168名临床护士,其总体幸福感得分为(76.79±9.17)分;显著高于普通女性常模71分(P<0.01)。婚姻状况与总体幸福感呈显著负相关;工作年限、年龄、职称与个体总体幸福感呈显著正相关,均P<0.05。多元逐步分析结果显示:婚姻状况、职称和学历是影响护士总体幸福感水平的因素。结论该医院临床护士总体幸福感水平处于较高水平,高于常模;婚姻状况、职称和学历是影响护士总体幸福感水平的因素。医院管理层应当通过各种途径提高护士总体幸福感的水平。Objective To investigate the level of general well-being and its intluencing factors ol chmeal nurses m 31r ttun ttun Shaw（SRRS） hospital. Methods A total of 180 clinical nurses in SRRS hospital were investigated by convenient sampling survey with self-designed general information scale and General Well-being Scale（GWB）, and then assess the level of general well-being. The influencing factors of general well-being were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results Among 168 clinical nurses, the average score of general well-being is（76.79±9.17）; it was significantly higher than the female norms（P〈0.01）.Muhiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status, professional title and educational background were factors influencing the level of general well-be- ing on clinical nurses.Conclusion In general, the level of general well-being on clinical nurses was high; whereas marital status, professional title and educational background were relate to the level of general well-being on clinical nurses.
