摘　　要：介绍了新设计的高强型涤纶工业用全拉伸丝（FDY）的主要设备特点,阐述了工艺条件的选择,指出在纺丝温度为302-306℃,纺丝压力为10-12 MPa,缓冷温度为300-310℃,总拉伸倍数为5.6-5.8,各级拉伸比例的分配和热辊的温度较适宜的情况下,设备运转正常,生产状态稳定,产品质量理想。The features of main production equipments of newly designed high-tenacity type polyester FDY industrial filament are introduced and the choice of process conditions is described. With the parameters of spinning temperature 302-306℃, spinning pressure 10-12 MPa, cooling temperature 300-310 ℃ and total drawing ratio 5.6-5.8 as well as proper distribution of each stage draw ratio and godet temperature, the operation of equipment is normal, production condition is stable and product quality is satisfactory.
