摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌患者放疗前后血清免疫球蛋白、补体C3水平的变化与放疗预后的关系。方法采用散射比浊法对41例食管癌患者放疗前后进行血清免疫球蛋白及补体C3测定。结果放疗后生存期〉1年患者的各项免疫指标均高于6个月内死亡和1年内死亡患者，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论食管癌患者的血清免疫球蛋白、补体C3的指标变化与其预后明显相关。Objective To discuss the relationship between prognosis and serum immune globulin and complement C3 contents change of patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy. Methods By the methods of nephelometry, the serum immune globulin and complement C3 contents before and after ra- diotherapy of 41 patients with esophageal cancer were measured. Results The levels of all indexes were higher in the patients who survived more than 1 year than those died in 6 months or in 1 year. There was a significant statistic difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of serum immune globulin and comple- ment C3 contents have observably correlation with prognosis.
