摘 要:高层建筑考虑施工模拟可以更为准确地反映结构实际受力状态,通过理论分析、算例验证并结合实际超限高层项目,详细研究了高层建筑施工模拟的理论方法以及具体实现过程。分析表明:若不考虑施工模拟,对于轴压比大的构件轴力会偏小,而对于轴压比小的构件轴力会偏大;一次加载解的楼层最大竖向位移为实际楼层最大竖向位移的2倍左右,计算出的楼层最大竖向位移在结构顶层,而考虑施工模拟计算出的实际楼层最大竖向位移在中间层附近。研究结果为高层建筑结构分析时考虑其在施工过程中的实际受力情况提供了理论依据以及分析方法。Construction simulation can reflect the state of stress of high-rise buildings more accurately. Theoretical methods and the specific process of construction simulation were analyzed by theoretical analysis, numerical example and the project of a high-rise building. The result shows that if do not consider the construction simulation, the components with larger axial compression ratio have the smaller axial force, but the components with the smaller ratio have the larger force. The maximum vertical displacement of one-time load model is twice of the actual vertical displacement, and it appears at the top of the floor. However, the location of the maximum vertical displacement by construction simulation is in the middle-floor of the structure. The results provide a theoretical basis and design method for considering the actual stress in the construction of high-rise buildings.
