六西格玛管理优化腔镜器械处理流程的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨六西格玛管理法在腔镜器械处理流程中的应用效果。方法采用六西格玛管理方法定义、测量、分析、改进、控制5个步骤优化腔镜器械处理流程,对流程优化前后效果进行评价。结果流程优化后清洗不彻底、清洗流程错误、器械处理不及时和精密仪器损耗降低,手术医生对护士的满意度提高(P<0.05),达到了预期目标。结论应用六西格玛管理方法优化腔镜器械处理流程,能有效降低腔镜处理流程的风险,确保手术患者安全。Objective To explore the effect of process reengineering in the flow of endoscopic instruments disposal with the application of six sigma management method. Methods The process of endoscopic instrument disposal in operation room was optimized based on the five steps six sigma management method including definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Then, the effects were evaluated. Results The process optimization significantly reduced the incomplete cleaning, wrong cleaning flow, precise instrument deterioration, instrumelat disposal out of time and increased surgeons＂ satisfaction （P〈0. 05） ,which achieved the desired objective. Conclusion With six sigma management method, it can lower the potential risks in the flow of endoscopic instrument disposal and also ensure the safety of patients in the operating room.
