摘  要:采用微波超声波组合法合成了3个不同形貌的纳米氧化锌样品,对样品的组成及形貌进行了表征,并测定了所合成3个样品对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)的抑菌活性.结果表明,所合成的3个样品分别为高纯度的花状多级结构(样品1)、纺锤状结构(样品2)及均一的棱柱状结构(样品3)纳米氧化锌.在紫外光照射后样品均具有明显抗菌活性,3个样品的抑菌活性由大到小的顺序为:棱柱状,花状,纺锤状.其中,棱柱状纳米氧化锌在浓度为3g/L时的抑菌圈为15.3mm,在浓度为0.1g/L时的抑菌率可达89.74%.Three kinds of zinc oxide(ZnO) nanostructures with different morphologies were synthesized by combining microwave and ultrasonic.The compositions and morphologies of the products were characterized by XRD and SEM.The antibacterial activities of as-synthesis ZnO nanostructures against S.aureus were measured by inhibition zone and colony counting methods.The results show that the products obtained are highly pure zinc oxide and presented flower-like hierarchical nanostructures(Sample 1),spindle-like nanostructures(Sample 2),and uniform prism-like nanostructures(Sample 3) respectively.It is also found that the products possess obvious antibacterial activity after UV irradiation and the order of activities is as following: prism-likeflower-likespindle-like.The diameter of inhibition zone of the prism-like nano-ZnO is 15.3 mm at the concentration of 3 g/L.The inhibition rate of the prism-like nano-ZnO is 89.74% at the concentration of 0.1 g/L.
