中国劳动力资源变化的新特点及其对比较优势影响的机理分析

摘　　要：本文在回顾理论界对中国劳动力资源变化的论述基础上,提出劳动闲暇偏好改变和财富禀赋增加正成为中国劳动力资源变化的两个新特点。并据此构建引入偏好和财富的劳动力供给模型,通过模型分析和中国现实经济机理分析得出结论是新特点会导致中国劳动行为人选择更多的闲瑕,提供更少的劳动,这会使中国劳动力比较优势被弱化甚至消失。最后,本文在以上分析的基础上,提出应对劳动力资源变化新特点的政策建议。Based on the review of Chinese labor natural resources changes discuss,This paper put forward labor leisure preference change and wealth endowment increased is becoming two new features.of Chinese labor natural resources changes. Introducing preference and wealth to labor supply model and through the analysis of the model and the reality of China economy analysis ,we put forward the conclusion that new features leads to Chinese labor choose more leisure, with less labor and it makes the comparative advantage of Chinese labor force is weakened and even disappeared. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, we put forward some policy recommendations .
