摘　　要：目的:探讨乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液所致不良反应的特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:检索浙江省不良反应监测网,对2010年1月至2012年6月乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液所致的不良反应数据进行统计分析。结果:在84例不良反应中,18岁以上各年龄段人群均可发生,但女性患者偏多;不良反应的时间以24h内发生居多;原患疾病以呼吸系统为主;临床以皮肤及附件损害最多。结论:临床应加强乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液合理应用和不良反应监测,保障患者用药安全。Objective：Study of adverse reaction characteristic caused by levofloxacin lactate and sodium chloride injection, to pro- mote the rational use of drugs. Methods ： Retrieval of adverse reaction monitoring network of Zhejiang Province, statistical analysis of adverse reaction data caused by levofloxacin lactate and sodium chloride injection from 2010 January to 2012 June. Results： In 84 ca- ses of adverse reactions, 18 years of age or older age groups can occur, hut female patients slants much; adverse reactions in 24h oc- curred in the majority; primary disease of respiratory system; clinical skin and appendages damage most. Conclusion： Should strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions and rational application in clinic of levofloxacin lactate and sodium chloride injection, en- suring patients safety.
