双环醇治疗2型糖尿病性脂肪肝临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察双环醇治疗2型糖尿病性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法应用双环醇治疗136例2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝患者,比较治疗前后肝脏B超、体重指数(BMI)、血脂、肝功能等相关指标。结果标准治疗6个月,肝脏B超、体重指数、血脂、肝功能在治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论双环醇治疗2型糖尿病性非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。Objective To observate the clinical efficacy of bicyclol on type 2 diabetes patients with Nonalcoholic fatty liver. Method Tatal 136 type 2 diabetes patients with Nonalcoholic fatty liver cases were given bicyclol.The changes of body mass index（BMI）, liver B-ultrasonography, ALT, AST, TG, TC and Liver function were recorded.Result After six month treatment,the differences of BMI, liver B-uhrasonography, ALT, AST, TG, TC and Liver function were significant than before（_P 〈 0.05）.Conc I us ions Bicyclol is very useful to type 2 diabetes patients with Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
