浅谈自凝刀在宫颈柱状上皮外移治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨自凝刀治疗宫颈疾病尤其是宫颈柱状上皮外移的临床效果。方法:选取304例宫颈柱状上皮外移的患者采用自凝刀治疗,290例宫颈柱状上皮外移的患者用传统的微波治疗。结果:轻、中、重度宫颈柱状上皮外移患者自凝刀治愈率分别为100%、98.20%、95.96%,总治愈率为98.03%。微波治愈率分别为100%,91.67%,73.96.00%。总治愈率为87.93%。结论:自凝刀在治疗中重度宫颈柱状上皮外移的效果明显优于微波。而且自凝刀治疗宫颈柱状上皮外移具有耗时短、疼痛轻、操作简便安全、定位准确、深度易控制、治愈率高、副作用小,无烟、无味,流血时间短等特点,值得推广使用。objective： To explore the clinical effects of self coagulation knife in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods： 304 cases of patients with cervical erosion using the self coagulation knife treatmen4 290 cases of cervical erosion of the patients with traditional microwave treatment Results： Mild, Moderate, Severe cervical erosion from self coagulation knife cure rate were 100%, 98.20%, 95.96%, total cure rate was 98.03%. Microwave curative rates were 100%, 91.67%,73.96.00%. Total cure rate was 87.93%. Conclusion： the method to treat cervical erosion all have certain curative effect, but the treatment elect of self coagulation knife to moderate and severe cervical erosion is better than that of microwave. And the self coagulation knife of thetreatment of cervical erosion has short, time consuming, less pain ,coveneent operation, safe, accurate positioning, depth, easy control, cure rate is high, the side effects of small, smokeless, tasteless, short blood time and so on, it is worthy of popularizing.
