摘　　要：运用现代统计学方法和数据挖掘技术,对古今脱疽医案的内服方药进行频数统计、关联规则分析,探讨了脱疽类常见疾病的配伍用药特点,揭示蕴含其中的病变机制和证治特点,为脱疽辨病论治提供依据。In this study, the prescriptions for oral administration in the ancient and modern medical records of gangrene cases were subjected to frequency statistics and association rule analysis by modern statistical methodsand data mining techniques. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of combined medication for common gan- grene diseases and to reveal the pathogenesis of gangrene diseases and the characteristics of their diagnosis and treatment, thus providing a basis for disease differentiation - based treatment of gangrene.
