透骨散熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变28例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察透骨散对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将55例入选病例随机分为治疗组28例和对照组27例,两组均在糖尿病基础治疗上给予甲钴胺口服,治疗组予透骨散熏洗双下肢,对照组予温水用相同方法熏洗,疗程均为8周。结果:两组在震动阈值、温度觉、痛觉检查的改善方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在10g尼龙丝检查的改善方面比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后糖尿病周围神经病变症状均有改善,在肢体无力、局部发凉等症状改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透骨散熏洗能够显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状及10g尼龙丝等简单筛查指标,部分结果优于西药治疗加温水浴组,是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的一种较好的辅助治疗手段。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tougusan fumigation -washing in the treat- ment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： Sixty patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 28） and control group （n = 27）. Both groups received oral mecobalamin in addition to the basic treatment for diabetes. Moreover, the treatment group received fumigation - washing therapy using Tougusan, while the control group received fumigation - washing therapy using warm water; the course of treatment was 8 weeks. Results： There were no significant differences in the improvement in the results of vibration perception threshold, temperature sensation, and pain sensation tests （P 〉 0.05 ）. The treatment group had significantly more improvement in the result of nylon monofilament （10g） test than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Both groups showed improvement in the symptoms of DPN after treatment, and the treatment group had significantly more im- provement in the symptoms of weakness and local cooling compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Tougusan fumigation - washing can markedly relieve the symptoms of DPN and improve the results of screen- ing tests including nylon monofilament （10g） test, and its can achieve better results than Western medicine treat- ment plus warm water bath in some tests. Tougusan fumigation -washing is a good adjuvant therapy for DPN.
