丹栀逍遥软胶囊合劳拉西泮治疗焦虑性失眠症30例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察丹栀逍遥软胶囊合劳拉西泮治疗焦虑性失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将60例该病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予劳拉西泮治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丹栀逍遥软胶囊治疗,均连服1个月后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90%,对照组为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥软胶囊合劳拉西泮治疗焦虑性失眠症疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Danzhi Xiaoyao soft capsules combined with loraz- epam in the treatment of anxiety insomnia. Methods ： Sixty patients with anxiety insomnia were randomly divided in- to treatment group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. The control group received treatment with lorazepam,while the treatment group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao soft capsules in addition to lorazepam. Results： The total effec- tive rate was 90% in the treatment group, compared with 70% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Danzhi Xiaoyao soft capsules combined with lorazepam have good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of anxiety in- somnia and show promise for clinical application.
