冯氏正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例

摘　　要：目的:观察冯氏正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将100例该病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用我院名老中医冯力的冯氏正脊手法治疗,对照组采用冯天有定点旋转复位手法治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%;对照组为82.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冯氏正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Feng~ spinal manipulation, which was developed by Feng Li, former director of Department of Spinal Orthopaedics in our hospital, in the treatment of lumbar interverte- bral disc hernia. Methods： One hundred patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50）. The treatment group received Feng~ spinal manipulation, while the control group received fixed rotary manipulation developed by Feng Youtian. Results： The treatment group had a significantly higher total effective rate than the control group （98% vs 86%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Feng spinal manipulation can achieve satisfactory effect in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia.
