焦栀子及其配方颗粒中栀子苷的含量比较

摘　　要：目的:比较焦栀子及其配方颗粒中栀子苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,以Waters Atlantis T3(150 mm×4.6 mm,3μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相,流速为0.8 ml·min^(-1),检测波长238 nm,柱温为30℃。测定焦栀子及其配方颗粒中栀子苷的含量,比较两者含量差异。结果:配方颗粒中栀子苷的含量相当于原焦栀子饮片中含量的22.6%,与标示量不相符。结论:焦栀子配方颗粒需要建立质量控制标准,其生产工艺也需要改进。ABSTRACT Objective： To compare the content of geniposide in C^rdeniae fructus paraeparatus and the dispensing granules. Meth- od： A Waters Atlantis T3 （150 mm ×4.6 mm,3 μm） column was used with the mobile phase of aeetonitrile-water（ 15： 85） at a flow rate of 0.8 ml min-1 , the column was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 238nm. The total content of geniposide in Gardeniae fructus paraeparatus and the dispensing granules was respectively determined and compared. Result： The total content of genipo- side in the dispensing granules was 22.6% of that in Gardeniae fructus paraeparatus. Conclusion： The quality control standard for the dispensing granules should be established and the preparation process needs further improvement.
